This holiday season, a must-have in our house, is a new American Girl doll. We have frequented the American Girl store in South Park and let’s face it, I wish we were young again to embrace how amazing these dolls and the entire American Girl experience is.
*****THIS GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED. OUR WINNER IS SARAH BROWNING****** Sarah, email us here to claim your prize!
We are excited to announce that one Smarty reader will win Grace™, the 2015 American Girl doll of the year. She is a baker who thinks like a business owner that will inspire your little ones to think big!
If you already own Grace then you know what a great baker she is. She could use some new baking accessories and this year, American Girl has partnered with Williams-Sonoma to offer amazing bake ware accessories. Now your little ones can bake just like Mommy!
American Girl has really expanded this year’s holiday offering. They have new dolls, including Maryellen Larkin, a sweet girl from the 1950s, who comes with a striped dress, black Mary Janes and her own book.
If you cannot find a doll that fits your kids’ needs, you can now customize dolls for every age. Both Bitty Baby and Truly Me dolls offer featured holiday-inspired sets and much, much more to make your doll truly unique to your kids.
One must-have item I’m getting my daughter is the matching pajama set. She’s going to have the same pajamas as her American Doll. I’m eyeing the Playful Polar Bear pajamas for her to unwrap Christmas morning.
If you’re looking for smaller items for the stocking, check out accessories, DVDs, books and outfits. There are so many options to keep your doll fresh, allowing your kids to continue playing with them! I love the versatility and options!
Beyond all of the super-cute dolls for our little ones, the season is more sweet with the charitable efforts by the American Doll company. To help get the holiday season started, they created the “Get a Friend, Give a Friend” campaign, which gave a doll to kids in hospitals when one was purchased November 6-30. Additionally, “bake a difference” supports No Kid Hungry, a campaign of national anti-hunger organization Share Our Strength. From November 1 – December 31, American Girl will match each dollar donated of girls’ holiday bake sale proceeds (up to $50,000). Lastly, American Girl will donate dolls and books worth half a million dollars to TODAY’s 22nd annual Holiday Toy Drive. All of these efforts will make this holiday season more enjoyable for little ones around the country.

I know a little girl who loves to bake and also loves American Girl dolls. As soon as we saw this girl of the year in January it has been on her Christmas list. Thank you for the opportunity to win this doll and accessories!
I am so blessed with 4 grand-kids, 3 being boys, and God has blessed us with a beautiful girl named Natalie.
Natalie has a loving and giving personality even at 3years old. She loves to take care of her baby dolls in such
a way that brings tears to my eyes. Natalie would be a good mother to her new baby doll Grace and make sure it’s
taken care of as her Mom takes care of her.
I pray that your hands will pull this note and surprise our sweet Natalie with her new baby doll named Grace.
Thank you and American Girl for this great opportunity.
Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas.
Oh my niece would love Grace! With her mom and dad divorced, I love how this would be something she could take back and forth from home to home with her. A constant in her life! I know she would enjoy her so much and I love the new baking mixes they have! How fun and educational at the same time!
My niece would LOVE this doll. She doesn’t have an American Girl so this would make an AMAZING Christmas gift for her. 🙂
My daughter has been going to the cooking classes offered at Williams Sonoma and is interested in cooking, and she loves American Girl dolls! She would love to get Grace this Christmas!
American Girl doll would be so great for me to win because my daughter is asking Santa for one. She would be thrilled thank you for the chance.
My almost 3 year old loves to make believe and doesn’t have an American doll yet!
My daughters are in love with American Girl dolls and pour over the catalogs every month. They would love to have Grace!
My little girl loves to play with dolls and Grace would be a wonderful doll for her to treasure for years!

Oh no! I don’t have FB (and can’t make one right now) but I followed you and American Girl on Twitter. If that’s not ok, let this comment just be my thanks to you for hosting.
I liked both Facebook pages and shared as well, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009789968255
Grace Thomas would fit right in with our family. I know she would be well loved! Grace is one of the best Girl of the Year American Girl has come out with!
I’d love to give this doll to my littlest niece!!
AG dolls would be perfect for our family because I have 2 girls and they are building a collections of mini dolls to go along with their book collection. And right now they are sitting in bed, reading a book out loud to them. The longer they love imaginative play…how amazing for them, right? Grace would bring happiness to these girls and I’ll be the happiest mom 🙂
My daughter would love an American Girl doll because she wants to be able to style someone’s hair and I don’t want it to be my hair anymore! I just followed on FB !
My daughter is an avid reader and doll lover. She greatly enjoys American Girl Doll books and has been wanting an American Girl Doll. Ironically one of her favorites is Grace. She has asked Santa for an American Girl Doll and I would love to be able to give this to her. Thank you for the chance!
Grace is the only doll my daughter has wanted for her birthday or Christmas. She would be beyond excited.
Well I would have to decide between 2 children who would absolutely love this doll! She would be an amazing fit because my AG doll Molly sadly passed on to AG heaven. I didnt know that I could send her to the AG hospital until after she visited the trash 🙁 My 4 year old son loves playing with dolls and he would love to have a best friend for his smallest guy, Junior Flyer. The other one would be my 12 year old who loved my Molly. She may be a bit old but she would love to play with her with her younger brother. Those two share so well. THanks for the chance!
This would be our youngest child’s first American Girl Doll. We finally had a girl are ready to add more bows and dolls to our lives! Xoxo
What a great roll model the American Girl collection is! I would love to share her story with my granddaughter!
An American Girl Doll would be perfect for my granddaughter this Christmas because she has wanted one for several years. We play tea party together and now that she is 9 she has expressed a desire for an American Girl Doll to join us. She loves that they at “big girl dolls” that have stories written about them.
My daughter loves to help in the kitchen, especially when her uncle (a professional chef) visits. He will be with us for Christmas this year, which is a real treat, but he cannot afford a gift like an American Girl doll. If her uncle could give her Grace, it would mean the world to both of them.
