We know that lots of Smarty mamas out there have already shoo’ed out their brood to school. CMS: you’re next. Hang tight. If you were a little less-than-vigil about works out this summer or if you’re just ready to try something new, we’ve got just thing for you: Title Boxing Club.
Remember when the Smarty party headed over there earlier in the summer and got a kick booty workout? Here’s a refresher. We had SO MUCH fun in this work out – it was fast, intense, and made us the-good-kinda-sore for days. They promise a burn of up to 1,000 calories, and whew, we believe it. You have to try it, and now’s the perfect time. There are tons of options for class times, and if you’re a daytime emptynester (aka kids are in school!), enjoy flexible work hours, or work from home, Title Boxing Club tells us that their mid-morning and daytime classes aren’t typically super crowded so you’ll get an even MORE personal experience.
Plus, your first shot is always free. Nothing to lose (but, um, like 10 lbs of sweat!).
Classes range from 30-60-75 minutes . It’s like a personal training experience in a group setting. ALL fitness levels are welcomed, so no excuses. And, they make it a family affair. Kids as young as eight are welcome to get in on the fun (while accompanied by a parent). We can’t help but think that the lil’ Smarty boys everywhere would L-O-V-E a chance to beat up a boxing bag (girls, too, we are sure!).
