Have you taken the entire fam to the movies lately? It’s not cheap, right? My family of six is looking at a $50 outing when we see a show – and that’s for a non-3D movie with snacks stuffed in my over-sized purse! Fridays from August 1st to August 22nd, 2014, enjoy family-friendly movies at Symphony Park at SouthPark. Pre-movie activities, including live music, start at 7 p.m., and the movies begin at dusk. Bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Starting June 17, 2014, each location will host the Summer Movie Express on Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 10 a.m. for nine weeks. All movies are PG. Admission is $1 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Will Rogers Institute.
