If you were a CSP reader last year you probably remember the Zike Fly By giveaway. Well it’s back and this year our friends at Zike have stepped it up a notch. One lucky reader will win a Z150. The Z150 comes in white or silver (I prefer silver) and has notable improvements. The most significant being the inflatable, rubber tires. The tires make for a more smooth and safe ride. Other favorite features carried over from the Fly By are the rear disc brake (another safety feature), handle bars that actually fold easily and consistently (if you have another brand of scooter you probably know what I mean), and a kickstand. I know a kick stand may sound like a strange feature to boast but if you own a scooter or a bike without a kickstand you know that it’s impossible to get it to stand upright even when wedged between two objects. I describe the Z150 as fast, safe, unique, sturdy, easy, fun and a great workout. 1/3 stair climber, 1/3 scooter and 1/3 bike. Zike is guaranteed to be a big hit for kids 8 and up and under 160 pounds. For more information on Zike check out their website and youtube page.

I shared this on my wall!
I love the lights around here in Cornelius. Some of the people in my neighborhood and adjacent ones have really stepped it up this year!
Shared! Our favorite Christmas lights are just off Colony Rd (to the right) between Carmel and Rea Roads. Many of the houses twinkle but one in particular goes ALL OUT. The Griswolds have nothing on that family!

I love Christmas and seeing how unique and creative everyone can be with their decorations. I would love to hire a driver one night and ride around all of Charlotte with my family and see all the lights. I like Hillside Ave, especially that they are collecting for a charity as you drive through.
shared. My favorite place is the Speedway!
Believe it or not, Matthews Presb/ Novant Healthcare Hospital.
Just go inside the main entrance. It is so worth it!
I was there for an out patient procedure and was amazed at the 60 Trees Decorated.
They also have a Bigger Tree with a train that goes around it.
Each one has a “different theme”, donated from a different company.
You can also do a silent bid on each tree. After Christmas you could win it.
Shared too!
Shared! Sherwood forest and hillside
Shared. Love the one off of Colony with the Santa on the weekend! The one in the preserve at Belingrath is a close second!
2 of my friends host incredible lights! This first takes donations and gives 100% to A Children’s Place: 10732 Honeynut Drive, Charlotte…it’s an light moving light show linked to a radio station you tune into in your car! This next one will make you feel like a kid again: 1007 Mapesbury Lane, Waxhaw. Enjoy!
I liked it at the top and shared on FB! My fav lights this year are the ones on Jameston in honor of Grier! Everyone has made an orange lighted ball in his memory! So sweet!
In our town there is a house that has so many lights and then they have it so you can tune into a radio station which they are choreographed to music. The lights “dance” around to the music. Then sometimes you can catch the owners out dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus. It is really neat and a yearly stop for us.
Ooopss..forgot….I shared on my wall!
Shared Wish I was in the Charlotte area 🙁 In my town Frisco Square where the lights are all synced to music on the radio.
Liked and shared! I haven’t made it to Charlotte this Christmas season:( I do LOVE the lights in my hometown, Forest City, NC. Thankfully, I only live 30 minutes away.
Shared. Sherwood Forest and Hillside are my faves too.
We love the lights on Hillside, and Santa off Colony! Can’t wait to check out some of the above.

Our family’s favorite Christmas lights are at the Billy Graham Library…it’s at the top of our holiday to-do list every year! We get there early and ride the horse-drawn carriages, walk through Billy’s childhood home, listen to storytime in the barn and sip on hot chocolate!
Liked and shared! McAdenville always puts on a good show!

Hillside Ave. Christmas balls are beautiful. Speedway, too!
Posted on my FB page. 🙂 The most fun we have Holiday Light viewing is at the Cook Family Home. The Cook Family has all of their lights set to music which you tune in to in your car while you watch the show. They also take donations for A Child’s Place and the lights run from 6-10pm nightly through Christmas. They are located on Honeynut Drive in Charlotte off Old Ardrey Kell. Our family goes to see the light show at least once per season.
Shared. Hillside is great. There are some great ones on Nottingham.
Just shared on my FB wall.
The best Christmas lights….the ones off Rea near our house are great with Santa handing out candy canes. Personally…my favorite lights are the ones on my tree and our huge star hanging in the window.
Mccadenville…..
Love the lights around the pond on 51 in Mint Hill..
