Music Together is children and their grownups joyfully sharing songs, rhymes, movement, and instrument play, both in music class and in their daily lives. A pioneer in early childhood music and movement education, Music Together offers classes for children birth through kindergarten, in which parents and caregivers actively participate. All children are musical, and learn through play, ideally from from their most important adults. Classes are informal- the kids learn through modeling the enjoyment and participation of their adults. And aside from all the benefits of music learning and how it supports other learning, Music Together is just FUN! Classes meet weekly for 45 minutes, and there are six Charlotte area locations.
At The Art Room, classes and camps are mixed age and our program allows children to create art where they are developmentally. We do not approach your child with “right and wrong” ways to create, rather we allow them to interpret our lessons and make whatever they desire. Our focus is to spur on your child’s imagination and inspire them to find their voice creating art. We provide themed classes and camps that will expand your child’s understanding about the many different elements of art. All of our classes are drop off and 90 minutes long.
