Smarty Giveaway: The 8 Weeks to Your Awesome Self Giveaway!

Smarties, when was the last time someone asked you how you were feeling and you said, “I feel awesome!”

Is this the year that you promised yourself that Y-O-U would become an actual priority in the midst of the busy life you lead? Have you tried in the past, only to find yourself back in the same old patterns? SouthPark Boot Camp, The Whole Tulip and Brooke Brown Photography have teamed up to create a unique and amazing program, “8 Weeks to Your Awesome Self!” This customized program has been designed to help one woman create healthy, motivating and extremely do-able steps to becoming the person she wants and deserves to be.

Susan O’Neill, founder of SouthPark Boot Camp and mother of 4, will give away unlimited boot camp classes for 2 months. The winner receives the opportunity to have challenging workouts in small, supportive group classes as well as personalized, take-home workouts, and a fitness assessment. These FUN classes are held at Carmel Road Park, MWF @ 9:45 and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. The winner will push herself like never before to reach a new level of fitness! The goal is not a size 0, but to feel fit, strong, and empowered and to see the super-woman that is inside!

Adri Warrick, co-founder of the The Whole Tulip, certified health counselor and mother of 2, will work one on one with the lucky winner to create a customized plan to eat delicious whole foods. The program will be designed around the winner’s lifestyle and include four one-on-one counseling sessions, meal planning, an organic grocery store tour and so much more. Just think… there is finally a person that will listen to you and work with you to create goals to achieve a body that feels and looks equally amazing on the inside as it does on the outside.

At the completion of 8 weeks of athletic training and nutritional counseling, Brooke Brown, founder of Brooke Brown Photography and mother of 3, will donate a photo session for our AWESOME winner. As mothers, we are so often the ones behind the camera. On those rare occasions when someone else is actually taking photos of us, doesn’t it always feel like such an inopportune time (e.g. one of those days that we spent time getting everyone else ready and somehow we ended up without a shower, hardly any make-up on and clothing that was trendy 5 years ago)? This session will be all about our winner. One-on-one time with Brooke (or grab your BFF to join and make you laugh) to capture your beauty, your fun-factor, your joy and your AWESOMENESS!

To get you ready for your photo shoot, the winner will also receive a cut and color with the hottest new salon, Salon 8 in SouthPark and AND pick out either a gorgeous fall or spring clutch by the talented designer Sam Corrigan of VIVID designs. At the end of it all, congratulate yourself on all of your hard work with a 60 minute sports massage from Rachael Eddleman, owner of A Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage.

One woman will be selected from the responses. The winner will be required to:
-Attend a minimum of 2 SouthPark Boot Camp classes weekly, along with additional workouts to total 5 fitness days per week
-Meet bi-monthly for health counseling and submit food journals
-Blog about her experience on three of the most fabulous blogs in Charlotte: Charlotte Smarty Pants, Scoop Charlotte & South Charlotte Macaroni Kid!

Rules and Regulations

Contest launched 10/10/11.
Deadline for entries 10/21/11.
Winner announced 10/24/11
8 week program begins 11/1/11. End date will be determined with Southpark Bootcamp and The Whole Tulip based on Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday plans.
Must be 18 years of age to enter and US citizen.
Entry must be original and subject to checking.
Massage must be redeemed by Jan 31, 2012.
Cut and Color by Salon 8 must be redeemed in conjunction with brooke brown photography photo shoot.
Photo Shoot must take place in Charlotte, NC.
Client agrees to share experience on The Whole Tulip, SouthPark Boot Camp, Brooke Brown Photography, Charlotte Smarty Pants, Scoop Charlotte and Macaroni Kids websites as well as any future promotions.
SouthPark Boot Camp is not liable to any injuries that may take place during class. Liability waiver must be signed before beginning program.
A doctor should be consulted before beginning SouthPark Boot Camp and health counseling.
Due to the nature of the exercise and health counseling program, those entering may not be pregnant or less than 6 weeks postpartum.
Winner must be able to fulfill requirements listed above for SouthPark Boot Camp classes and health counseling.

While working with Adri Warrick, The Whole Tulip, the Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program. The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the Coach. The client acknowledges the coach will keep all information exchanged during the program sessions in strict confidentiality. Additionally, the client is aware that the coach is prohibited from disclosing protected healthcare information, except upon written authorization by the client. Program agreement must be signed prior to the start of the program.
