I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Tina Trabucco through her husband, Matt, who was a longtime colleague. Don’t you love it when your colleagues or friends marry someone awesome? When it happens, it’s blissful.

They offer many services such as improving nonprofits’ current technology, helping them plan for the future, implementing needed technology programs and achieving improvements that enable them to better serve their clients and the community.
Tina was also named as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 this year. The folks on this list are selected for making major strides in their careers and positively impacting their communities at the same time.

Now that you are three quarters through your first year of motherhood, what advice would you have given your childless self?
Enjoy your sleep!
What is your favorite piece of baby gear?
The Baby Bjorn carrier – I love being able to get around easily with him in the carrier. I hardly ever use the stroller, although I am sure that will change as he continues to grow.
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I have run eight marathons, starting when I graduated college. I have yet to figure out how to work in marathon training with a baby though!
Who is your celebrity crush?
Best book you’ve read lately?
Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. It’s an amazing story of overcoming an unbelievably difficult situation, as well as a great historical account of WWII.
Favorite movie of all time?
When Harry Met Sally
Favorite date night spot?
Il Nido in South Park – great Italian food and where my husband and I had our first date, so it’s always fun to reminisce
What is the best birthday party you’ve attended/hosted?
Well hopefully my Tyler’s 1st birthday coming up in January! I probably can’t count that yet, so I would have to say the joint birthday party my parents held for my three sisters and me when we were young. All of our best friends, 4 birthday cakes, and a pony – what more could you ask for?
Minivan or suv?
Neither – I am sticking with my 4 door VW Passat! Check back with me after we have more kids though…
What is your favorite phone app?
Flickr – makes it so easy to upload pictures and share with people, a must have with all of the photo opps in the last 9 months.
What is your favorite CSP article?
Love the story about the regret for purchasing the front loading washing machine – I can totally relate!
