Calling all ‘lil Smarty chefs! Our friends at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen (CAK) are hosting super fun in-person mini camps over the next two weeks that will be a perfect break after school.
Different than the CAK summer camps, each session has a different menu…so it’s okay to sign up for multiple sessions! Each camp will be hosted in their private culinary room (same location as the CAK summer baking camps). They are reserved for 16 guests max separated in 4 groups of 4. Facemasks are required for all staff members and campers. Ages 7 to 18. Sessions are Tuesday – Thursday from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Campers will take home their finished meals to share each day. On the last day of mini camp they will receive their recipe book and their measurement guide for home.
Along with the mini camps, they are hosting a Friday evening Parent/Teen in-person classes to take together. There is something for everyone in your family to enjoy!
Session 1: Tuesday September 15th – Thursday September 17th

Dumplings (Pork or Tofu options)
Quiche – pastry crust filled with savory custard and custom mix of meats and vegetables

Spaghetti Squash Cakes with Brown Butter Sage Sauce
Local Grass-Fed Beef Chili with Spices, Sweet Potatoes and Black Beans
