As we are making our final preparations for Spring Break 2K15, don’t forget to plan your sanity too. For me, that’s my workout. I’m always searching what’s new on the fitness scene in my home town of Vero Beach, FLA (where we always spring break!). I’m telling ya, Pure Barre people, Vero Beach would be the PERFECT place for a new PB studio! But until that day happens, I plan on taking Pure Barre with me!

Quick exercises you can do anywhere!
Caris of Pure Barre Ballantyne gives us her Smarty tips:
*90 second plank – throw a couple of tucks in there to mix it up and get your mind off the burn
*Push-ups: full-body, tri-cep, wide hands
*Tri-cep Dips: Great to do while sitting in the baby pool watching your little LTB’ers splash!
*Work your seat and thighs with some back dancing. Throw in some tucks, squeezes and circles. Make sure to stay up for at least 3 minutes so that you can feel the burn and find your shake!!
