Smarty Reminder: FlyBarre Challenge Starts on 1/19

I did the FlyBarre Challenge last year and loved every minute of it. This challenge is more than a New Year’s resolution. It’s more than a workout. It’s about embracing being strong and beautiful women. The FlyBarre instructors are such an inspiration – their bodies are beautifully sculpted, if I could just have 1/8th of their muscle tone, I would be a happy girl! Throughout the challenge, you will gain friendships, nutrition tips, workout tips and by the end of it, you will have reinvented yourself. And had a blast while doing it.

One of my favorite things about FlyBarre and Flywheel is how connected they are in our community. They are on top of every single fundraiser in this town and they are always super generous. They are genuinely concerned about our health. Whether they have a Whole Foods Cleanse Demo on site or the Luna’s Living Kitchen truck on Saturdays and Sundays, Fly peeps are always thinking outside of the box and bringing the latest and greatest to us so we make healthy choices. Here’s my latest craving – Gateway to Green a la Luna’s Living Kitchen. Thank you, Flywheel! Move over bagels, this carb-monster is now into juicing. Who would have thought?! My point, the Fly family truly cares about this community and I feel like I’m part of their fam.

Onto the FlyBarre Challenge 2K14…It starts January 19th. Who wants to look like these GORGEOUS ladies?! Ummm, I DO!!

What is it?

A group of men and women participate in a fitness challenge at Flywheel Sports! They challenge themselves to get toned and enjoy the health and emotional benefits of a more sculpted, muscular body. Challengers participate in up to four FlyBarre classes per week throughout the course of six weeks. Their progress is tracked throughout the Challenge using weekly measurements taken by their team leader.

When does it begin?

The program runs 6 weeks. Every challenger will be designated a team leader, from which all challenge information will be received. All participants are photographed at the beginning and end of the challenge. The initial measurements will be taken by your team leader at our kickoff party. There will be an option to have your measurements taken either on a weekly basis or simply at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks. The next Challenge will begin on January 19, 2014.

30-minute Technique Workshops

Throughout the six weeks your instructors will be conducting a variety of special workshops, designed to break down challenging exercises from within the FlyBarre content, and to help you get the most out of your classes. It will give you an insiders “leg up” on mastering the FlyBarre method! The better your technique, the more results you will see AND feel.

Nutrition Counseling Workshop

FlyBarre will provide a nutritional counseling workshop with a certified nutritionist. This will be the perfect time to ask any questions that you have always wanted to know about nutrition and food, and get ideas for healthy and balanced meals and snacks.

Restorative Stretch Workshop w/ Adam Whiting.
